Product introduction
Ammonia Gas Treatment Facility
Ammonia gas for low to high concentrations, which cannot be released into the atmosphere, is supplied into stripping tower with packing due to perform gas-liquid contact with water. Ammonia gas absorbed by water is recovered as ammonia water.
Ammonia Recovery / Decomposition Facility
Wastewater containing low concentrations of ammonia is supplied to the stripping tower and recovered as highly concentrated ammonia water or ammonia compounds (ammonium sulfate, etc.). In case the recovery of ammonia is not required , ammonia can be decomposed (nitrogen and water) using a catalyst to render it harmless.
Ammonia Combustion Facility
This is a facility that stably burns ammonia as fuel. By applying our combustion equipment technology, which has a wealth of experience and know-how, we perform equipment design and operating methods that take into account NOx, N2O, and unburned ammonia generated during combustion.
