NAMURA has started to build an eco-friendly vessel, starting with the use of LNG / LPG as primary fuel, which contributes to reducing GHG during their operation. Reduction in the environmental impact is one of the most important issues to realize a sustainable society through environmentally friendly shipping, so greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced in accordance with government policy of carbon neutrality by 2050, so NAMURA will continue to develop and supply new fueled vessels.

LPG Fuelled Very Large LPG/Ammonia Carrier
LPG/ammonia carriers(VLGC) equipped with dual-fuel engines that can also use LPG as fuel has been added to our menu under a technical alliance with Mitsubishi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
LNG Fuelled Post-Panamax Bulk Carrier
The vessel can use LNG as fuel so that the vessel meets CO2 reduction level over 40% compared to 2008.
