SCR-LP (Low Pressure)

1. Insulation function to block gas flow in the duct 2. Damper is configured to perform operations in remote or manual mode 3. High airtightness can be maintained by using a special seal strip and seal air fan to prevent gas from entering into a closed damper 4. The Actuator Action is operated as single element 5. The valve size is consists of 250A~3200A

1.This valve is designed for pollution environment of IMO rule 2. On-off type, proportion control type(Depending on the system) 3. Criterion of valves work scope for HP(High Pressure)SCR System – RBV (Reactor By-pass Valve), RSV (Reactor Sealing Valve), RTV (Reactor Throttle Valve), – CBV (Cylinder By-pass Valve), EGB (Exhaust Gas By-pass Valve) 4. Standard TIER III valve

EGR Valve

1. It ensures proper operation of the engine and EGR system (Gas-liquid fluid composition) by using 4-7 different butterfly valves 2. Various types according to application position 3. There are Standard type and Acid resistant type 4. The material of the Valve Body will be applied for Cabon moly alloy steel about EGR-STANDARD 5. The material of the Valve Body will be applied for Casted Stainless Steel about EGR-ACID

Alternative Fuel Safety Valve Unit

1. This unit performs various functions as a supply fuel system by using environmentally friendly alternative fuel - Control Fuel Supply - Inerting - Purging - Emergency Shut Off - Over Pressure Release - Prevention Of Backflow 2. There are 2 types: Methanol and Ammonia. ( The ammonia is under development) 3. The design pressure is Max 600bar for Methanol The design pressure is Max 700bar for Ammonia
