DONGHWA PHE has been established in 2001 and leaping to become a complete maker of shipbuilding and plant equipment based on first machining process such as cutting, rolling and welding of steel sheets. We have partnerships with Donghwa Entec and other companies and aim to grow as a specialized manufacturer of plate heat exchangers starting in 2015.
