Exhaust Gas Cleaning System (Sox)
Exhaust Gas Cleaning System (Sox) adopts the second scheme to desulfurize ship exhaust gas, which can effectively remove more than 98% of exhaust gas sulfur oxides and reduce up to 80% of exhaust gas particulate matter. It has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency and strong equipment adaptability, which can meet the requirements of the specification while reducing the operating cost of the shipowner.
Carbon Capture & Solidifacation
Dual Alkali based: CO2 in the flue gas is absorbed by NaOH solution in the decarburization tower to generate Na2CO3 solution, and then the solution and CaO undergo regeneration reaction to regenerate NaOH and finally generate solid product CaCO3. Organic Amine based: The fundamental underlying principle is the exothermic, reversible reaction between a weak acid (e.g., CO2) and a weak base (e.g., MEA) to form a soluble salt.
Fuel Gas Supply System (FGSS)- LNG/LEG
With the increasingly stringent requirements of decarbonization, more and more shipowners are replacing traditional fuels with clean energy - liquefied natural gas. FGSS (gas supply system) takes liquefied natural gas as the object, and transforms liquid natural gas into gaseous natural gas that meets the requirements of marine main and auxiliary engines through a series of processes such as pressurization, vaporization, and heating.
Low-Flashpoint Fuel Supply System (LFSS) - Methanol/LPG/Ammonia
The LFSS system configuration is based on methanol storage tank, delivering into a methanol service tank with oil separation internals. Methanol transfer from the storage tanks to the service tank is done by transfer pump. The methanol is provided to the engine and A/E from the service tank by a LFSS fuel supply skid.
Cargo Handling System - LNG/LPG/Ammonia/LCO2
Cargo Handling System is customized solution for cargo handling. Our service contains delivery of all equipment of Cargo Handling System and ship-to-ship bunkering. The scope of work includes engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning.
N2 Generator
The Nitrogen Generator is widely used in vessels, mainly in pipeline purging and cabin inerting, using the inertia of nitrogen to prevent explosions and fires. The system uses air as raw material and separates nitrogen from the air through membrane method or pressure swing adsorption method to obtain nitrogen with pressure and purity that meet the requirements.

Photovoltaic System
When operating grid-connected, smart microgrid can play the role of peak-shaving and valley-filling for the large grid. It is a strong support for the stable operation of the large grid. When the grid fails, the smart microgrid can be quickly unlisted from the large grid and run independently to provide continuous power supply for important loads, which improves the reliability of power supply.
Energy Saving Device
PSV (3-8%) is composed of a guide vane and a conduit. It improves the uniformity of the inflow in the upper half plane of the propeller and improve the efficiency of the propeller hull, and reduce the rotational energy loss of the propeller wake. HVAF (2%~5%) adds small blades with the same number of blades on the propeller head to eliminate the energy loss of the propeller hub vortex.
Wind Deflector
The wind load of vessels has received more and more attention, especially for container vessels with large volumes above the waterline. Reducing operating costs and improving the energy efficiency have always been the pursuit of marine industry. Wind loads play an important role in safety. Therefore, the research on wind resistance reduction with a large wind-affected area of the superstructure is gradually attracting attention.
