Title Regionally specific lactic acid bacteria and their application
Detail The regional specificity of lactic acid bacteria isolated from traditional vegetable pickles in Japan was revealed by the comparative analysis of genomic information from 200 strains of lactic acid bacteria under the collaboration research with Tokyo Institute of Technology and Gurunavi, Inc. In this presentation, we show the locality of lactic acid bacteria and the example of application products using our results.
