Detail We have developed unique analysis method called “3 steps of aroma analysis”, which reveals what people really feel separately (1)when they start to eat/drink, (2)while they are eating/drinking or (3)after they ate/drank. We will introduce the features of this analytical technique and the example of flavor development.
