Detail	Nutrigenomics is an analytical method for visualizing the effects of food function by using the genome-wide gene expression profile. In recent years, nutrigenomics has attracted attention as a cost-effective research method for estimating the mechanisms of food action. In this talk, I would like to show you how to use this method and how to read the data.
