Food Allergen Management - What is The Point? and How to Control?
||A food allergen management is a global issue. Nowadays, many food industries try to use allergen testing for not only finished products but also swab testing on processing lines. We would like to introduce how to control food allergens by “discerning” allergen risk points and verifying how the improvement is effective through our “Rapid Test Kits”.
