Detail	Water-soluble dietary fiber Inulin is attracting attention as a fermentable dietary fiber that is 100% utilized by intestinal bacteria. Fuji FF has also claimed three health claims (intestinal regulation, blood lipid reduction, and postprandial blood sugar elevation suppression) as functionally relevant ingredients.
