Company activities	The exhibition is focused on "Ingredients for Foods with Function Claims" with emphasis on functionality and "Ingredients for Health Food" with emphasis on taste. As the ingredients for foods with function claims, we will introduce you our "Olive Fruit Maslinic acid" which has preventive effects against locomotive syndrome and has useful effects on sports activity and our "Flax lignin" which has supportive effects on estrogen-like activity and on the improvement of cholesterol ratio.

Detail	Flaxseed is rich in nutrients such as alpha-linolenic acid, one of the so called ω3 fatty acid, dietary fiber, and protein. By standardizing alpha-linolenic acid, it has become possible to clearly appeal the compounded amount on final products and also to evaluate the chance to apply for Foods with Function Claims or Nutrition Function Foods.

Detail	We will introduce you the scientific evidences of maslinic acid extracted from olive fruits and our new products which are easy to use and designed for Foods with Function Claims. Maslinic acid is recognized as having supportive effects on muscle, and also it is expected to have effects on anti-arthritis and reduction of fatigue, according to human clinical studies.
