Company activities | We invite you to our exhibition booth to find our lactic acid bacteria isolated from several traditional pickles in Japan. We introduce the regional features of lactic acid bacteria clarified by genomic information. Our lactic acid bacteria should strengthen the locality of the products. The lactic acid bacteria taken from Akita, Nagano, Aichi, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima and Fukuoka prefectures are available. Lactic acid bacteria from prefectures other than these may also be available with your request. |
