■This event is exclusively for professionals related to the industry. Visitors under 18 years will not be admitted.
■Details of the exhibition including the seminar programme, may change without notice.
■The following acts by visitors are prohibited:
1) Distribution of leaflets is prohibited.
2) Demonstrations and disturbance of any kind are prohibited.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the organisers have the right to remove visitors from the events if the organisers judge that their acts are inappropriate for the events.
■ Preventative Measures Against COVID-19
You are expected to cooperate with the following prevention measures against COVID-19. If you fail to do so you will not be permitted to enter the event.
1) Hand sterilization
2) Wearing a mask at all times
3) Temperature measurement
4) Entry controls to limit the number of visitors to the event
Please note that, in response to a valid request, we may pass the personal information of event attendees to relevant government agencies if required to do so in order to support track and trace to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We will only pass relevant information including name and contact details.
■ Notice to participants from outside Japan
Please check the latest information related to Novel Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19) on the Japanese Embassy website. All visitors coming from overseas are required to prepare documents to request a visa for entry to Japan themselves. Please ask your colleagues or partner companies in Japan to assist in preparation of the documents for you. Please note that the organisers will not issue an invitation letter to visitors coming from countries that are not able to enter Japan due to COVID-19 travel restrictions.

3）The personal data of the seminar attendees may be shared with third parties such as the lecturers or the sponsors of the seminars and used by them for their promotion purposes. 4）This event manages visitor information by reference to a barcode. When attending this event, by allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, you are providing the exhibitor or sponsor with your personal information and in doing so agree to the exhibitor or sponsor contacting you in the future about their products or services. You understand that you can opt-out of this contact at any time by contacting the exhibitor or sponsor. Badges cannot be read remotely and must be scanned before any details are shared with exhibitors and sponsors. You have the right to refuse badge scanning except when entering or exiting the event.
■ Taking photos and videos at the events
Visitors are not allowed to take photos and videos in and outside the exhibition halls. The organisers may take photos and videos and own the right to use those photos and videos for any kinds of promotional materials such as brochure, flyers, or website. Members of the press who have obtained permission from the organisers are also allowed to take photos and videos and may use them for newspapers, magazines, and other media.
