Mitsui Fudosan is collaborating with LINK-J (Japan's largest life science community), creating a space for innovation, and providing funding to venture businesses.
In terms of facility development, we currently operate Mitsui Link Lab, BSL2-compatible rental wet lab, in six properties (in central Tokyo, Kashiwa-no-ha, and Osaka), and are planning many more in the future.
We will help create many innovations in a dedicated laboratory property with experimental environments that would be difficult to find in an office building.
