Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are multipotent stem cells distinguished from other cells by its ability for self-renewal, differentiation and paracrine therapeutic effect. MSCs consider a potential candidate for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases and can promote tissue regeneration of diseased and damaged tissues. We are going to explain our company strategy for the clinical applications of MSCs therapy in the treatment of several diseases, in particular, Alzheimer's disease.

Camelid variable domain of a heavy-chain antibody (VHH) is one of promising next-generation pharmaceutical agents. We have developed a drug discovery platform to screen a VHH domain that binds a target molecule specifically using an ultra-high-throughput screening system with a diversified VHH antibody library that was prepared by a DNA shuffling method from a naïve camelid library. Some examples of selections using this system and its strengths will be discussed.
