Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (Osaka Gas) focuses its efforts on ensuring a stable supply of natural gas which is known for its lower environmental impact.
Our LNG supply business is mainly in the Kansai area of Japan, but to promote further use of natural gas, we also extend supplies outside of this area by using lorries and domestic vessels.
Additionally, in FY 2026, Osaka Gas will launch its LNG fuel supply business for ships by using our own LNG bunkering ship which is currently being constructed.
Osaka Gas is committed to contributing to the decarbonization of the shipping industry through expanding our LNG fuel supply business.

 | LNG bunkering in Osaka Bay and Seto Inland Sea. Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. is scheduled to commence a Ship-to-Ship LNG bunkering business in Osaka Bay and Seto Inland Sea in 2026. In this scheme, a bunkering vessel will carry, and supply LNG fuel loaded at Osaka Gas' LNG terminals to designated LNG-fueled ships mooring in the area. |
