SURF JET

A new remote-controlled peeling unit has been developed for peeling the paint from ships and oil storage tanks. The unit runs while adhering to the wall surface and suctioning and discharging the removed paint by the water jet, so there is no dust leakage or other contaminants go outside. This unit improves work efficiency by combination with a 280MPa ultra-high-pressure water generation pump.

SUPEROLL

This is the roller burnishing tool that compresses metal surfaces with rollers to produce smooth finishes. By plastic deformation of the metal surfaces, wear resistance and fatigue strength can be improved at low cost.

TUBE EXPANDER & ACCESORIES・MAINTENANCE TOOL

There are expanding tools and equipment used to expand tubes and adhere to tube sheets in the manufacture of heat exchangers, cutting tools for grooving the inner surface of holes in tube plates, and extubation tools and equipment used to remove tubes from tube sheets during maintenance work which exchanges them.

BARRIQUAN

It is self-compensating deburring tool that can prevent overcutting and leave no burrs also reduce reaction force on driving machine such as robot or machining center thanks to floating mechanism. So it realizes deburring automation even with small robot.

STANDRILL

The SELFEEDER DUO, which can process both drilling and tapping in one unit, is now available as an automatic drilling machine unit. It is easy to operate as preloaded programs of basic parameters and machining patterns so that it can be immediately start using on the same day of installation.

CWJP

This is a processing technology that generates cavitation (bubbles) by injecting high-pressure water into water at high speed, and utilizing the impact force of the bubbles bursting when they hit the metal parts (workpieces). It can be improved their fatigue strength and fatigue life.
