Biofuel-ready separators

Alfa Laval is first in the market to address them with biofuel-optimized separators. We’ll provide effective separation which prevents troubles during operation and wear and tear of engine parts for Biofuels, a current and accessible fuel option that can help marine customers decarbonize.

FWG: 2-Stage FWG

AQUA Blue E2 is the most efficient Fresh water generator until now. Compared to the single-stage AQUA Blue E1, the two-stage AQUA Blue E2 produces twice as much fresh water for a certain amount of waste heat – or the same amount of fresh water using around half the waste heat.

BLR: Micro

The Alfa Laval Aalborg Micro is a uniquely compact boiler and economizer, having minimal footprint, height and weight, designed for waste heat recovery from a vessel’s auxiliary engines. it reduces the use of the oilfired boiler by reclaiming heat that otherwise would be lost through the exhaust gas.

Remote support service for Ballast water treatment system

PureBallast Ballast water treatment system has remote support service as “PureBallast connect”. Operating condition and alarm information can be observed at our technical centre and at your office. Monthly report helps appropriate operation shorten down time for troubles. These benefits lead maximized uptime, optimized operation and reduced workload.

Plate cooler maintenance

Maintenance of plate cooler should be needed to keep performance. To prevent leakage, gasket have to be exchanged with long time usage. Also to clean-up plate surface leads keep cooling/heating performance. We supply plate maintenance service for existing plate. Both our domestic and overseas service centre offer maintenance program.

Maintenance agreement for high speed separator

Keep separator performance, maintenance and exchange of consumable parts are important. We offer maintenance agreement for each vessel. As requested, we offer exchanged parts per a year and/or engineer attendance. According to situation and demand, we will offer one by one agreements.
