Exhaust Gas Cleaning System (EGCs)

●One of the largest EGCs suppliers in China. Can provide open loop, closed loop and hybrid system, as well as U type and I type to satisfy different customers' different needs. ●Has provided reliable EGCs for more than 700 vessels all over the world from MSC, Evergreen, COSCO, China Merchants, Shandong Shipping, etc.

Onboard Carbon Capture and Storage System (OCCS)

●Currently, most feasible way to significantly reduce carbon emission. ●Customized capture rate (up to 80%) for each vessel to meet CII. ●Perfect combination with scrubber system if needed. ●A full process OCCS (first of its kind worldwide) for a 14000TEU container vessel has been delivered to owner after sea trial in January 2024. Its first LCO2 offloading to shore was done in April 2024.

Fuel Gas Supply System (FGSS)

●Can provide both High-pressure FGSS and Low-pressure FGSS to satisfy customers' different needs. ●Integrated, easy-to-operate and easy-to-maintain skid design. ●Total fifty nine (59) orders. FGSS for NYK's four 7000PCTC and SAIC Anji Logistic 7600PCTC have been successfully delivered to owner and system is running stably from owner's feedback. Other PCTC and container vessel projects will be delivered soon within this year.

LNG Sub-cooling System (LSC)

●First LSC brand in China with self-developed IPR. ●High-efficiency, high-reliability and long-term maintenance-free, performance meets international standard. ●Total four (4) orders for LNG Carriers. First LSC has been delivered to owner after sea trial in May 2024.

Methanol Fuel Supply System (MFSS)

●Zero-leakage, stable, efficient, safe, reliable, energy-saving by VFD control. ●One skid to supply fuel to multiple consumers and accurately match the different supply needs of main engine, auxiliary engine and boiler at the same time. ●Integrated, easy-to-operate and easy-to-maintain skid design. ●Total thirty four (34) orders. A comprehensive methanol system covering bunkering, storage, supply and ESD for China Merchants AMCL's VLCC will be delivered this year.

Ammonia Fuel Supply System (AFSS)

●Meet the individual requirements from different fuel consumers and ship types. ●Multi stage ammonia vapor capture and treatment system, meeting regulatory emission requirements. ●AFSS prototype (including bunkering, storage, supply, ESD, etc.) has been completed, and the matching test with engine has been running steadily for over 500 hours. ●Design and risk assessment of AFSS for a 16000TEU ammonia dual fuel container vessel has been completed.

CS21DF-M Methanol Engine

●The power range cover 1 to 2 MW and the rated speed is 1000 r/min，and can be used as both power generator and main engine. ●Adopt methanol direct injection technology. The methanol substitution rate can achieve more than 90%，and thermal efficiency of 45% in methanol mode. ●It reduces nitrogen oxides (NOx) by 60% and sulfur oxides (SOx) by up to 99%.

CS27DF-A Ammonia Engine

●Cylinder bore 270 mm, piston stroke 390 mm, power range 2 to 3 MW, and rated speed 750 rpm,and can be used as both power generator and main engine. ●Ammonia port injection and diesel pilot ignition technology, supporting diesel and ammonia fuel modes,maximum ammonia substitution rate over 85%. ●Obtained Certificate CCS. ●Emissions comply with IMO Tier II and IMO Tier III (SCR) standards.

LNG Carrier Low-temperature Gas Compressor

●The first domestically produced set in China. The LD and HD compressors respectively meet the different needs of fuel transportation and loading/unloading of LNG carrier. ●The product have passed stability and safety tests, with long maintenance period, and have obtained certificates from CCS, LR, BV classification societies.

Shaft Generator System (SGs)

•Utilizes surplus power of main engine for ship-wide power supply；Lower EEXI index and enhance CII index. •Provides split-type/through-shaft type, excitation/permanent magnet solutions, with power range 300-5000kW and speed range 30-150rpm. •Certified by CCS, DNV, LR, BV, ABS, and NK, and strictly complies with IACS cyber security standards. •Over 100 sets for MSC, SFL, EPS, including retrofit and new-build ships; Provides a comprehensive one-stop solution.
