Inrotech-Classic

Inrotech-Classic performs welding for shipbuilding webbing and bulkheads. The system automatically recognises the workpiece geometry and structure and automatically welds the target stiffener.

Inrotech-MicroTwin

The Inrotech - MicroTwin is a gantry system (with two welding robots) that welds micro-panels, sub-assemblies and T-profiles, etc., fully automatically after scanning with just a start button.

Inrotech-Crawler

The Inrotech-Crawler system is intended for multi-layer welding in butt welds and other joints, for large pipes, shipbuilding block assemblies, storage tanks, construction, wind and hydro power.

Inrotech-C&B

Developed for monopile welding of offshore wind towers, C&B is the ideal system to perform downwards multi-layer overlap welding of longitudinal joints and flat plate joints in steel pipes up to 150 mm thick, taking into account weld bevel intersections.

Inrotech-Vertigo

The mobile, automated welding machine can perform vertical multi-layer welding up to approximately 4.5 m from ground level. It is designed to provide ‘powerful state-of-the-art solutions’ for large, complex structures such as wind towers and floating foundations.

Inrotech SensLogic

Inrotec SenseLogic is software that enables automatic recognition of the target workpiece geometry through a combination of scanning, sensing and logic. It eliminates the need for CAD data preparation and pre-programming.

Inrotech WeldLogic

Inrotec WeldLogic is software that programmes the appropriate multi-layer welding process, fully automatically, according to the variation in the groove of each workpiece.
