HISAKA WORKS, LTD.

Ever since developing the first plate heat exchanger in 1955, we have built up a long track record of deliveries for heat exchange process in various industries through our wide lineup from ultra-compact brazed heat exchangers (BHE) to world largest plate heat exchangers (PHE). The ball valve we developed for the first time in Japan has been improved and maintained the high quality. It has been used in many plants and various facilities in various industries.

Plate Heat Exchanger

Two fluids are exchanged through highly corrosion-resistant heat transfer plates such as stainless steel or titanium.

D33 (3-Way ball valve)

This valve uses a trunnion mounting structure, which provides excellent durability and stable sealing performance even under high pressure conditions. ‣Connection Rating: JIS10K, JIS20K, ASME150#, ASME300# ‣Temperature Range: -40~200℃

KF5 (Two-way ball valve for high pressure)

By redesigning the valve, we have realized a compact and cost-effective model. ‣Connection Rating: JIS40K, JIS63K, ASME600# (Compatible with CLASS 600lb full rating) ‣Temperature Range: -40℃~200℃

HF5LB/FM5LT For low temperature (Grand double seal specification)

This ball valve is suitable for brine and liquefied gas (NH3, MeOH, etc.) applications. A double seal structure with a lantern ring in the gland prevents gland leakage. ‣Connection Rating: JIS10K, JIS20K, ASME150#, ASME300# ‣Temperature Range: -104℃~200℃
