Nozzle Tip Repair-Kit Guide

The engineers for this ship have created Repair Kits, tools that recondition used nozzles and spindle guides and enable them to be reused.

Maintenance & coating of fuel injection pump plunger barrels

For parts that accumulate damage due to wear, corrosion and sticking. Maintenance is carried out together with inspection and measurement of each part and, if necessary, a coating is proposed.

Starting air tank head Integrated repair

Comprehensive servicing and leakage testing of the air tank head of the starting air tank is now possible. By using a special jig, servicing of each seat section on the body side can be handled in comparison with conventional servicing.

WOODWARD UG-25+ Governor

The Woodward UG-25+ governor is a microprocessor-controlled, mechanical hydraulic amplified, governor for controlling diesel, gas, and dual fuel engines, and steam turbines.
